If the panel remains completely unresponsive even after a proper, complete power cycle has been performed correctly, it's worth checking for any physical residue present on the actual control surface itself, particularly relevant on newer Wolf models that use touch-style capacitive controls rather than traditional physical push-buttons. A thin film of accumulated grease, cooking residue, or even just moisture can interfere with how capacitive touch sensing technology detects your finger's contact, making buttons feel completely unresponsive to the touch even though the underlying electronics and control board are functioning perfectly normally and would respond correctly to a properly registered touch input.
